The most important thing to check and reset is to

To answer the question 'What should I be doing?'
First check tasklist for time sensitive tasks.
Then look for a preload in the journal or the volatile notepad notes.
Get the context for these from the three Challenges above.
Then, see the
pyramid, top down and back from the bottom.
Look at where the frontline is on the competence map.
And be conscious of doing the right thing, and caring.
