Relax... relax. Not just 'calm down' but rather relax as if you've not a care. with perceptions: You don't need that, etc.* Don't cling to wanting a break just let go of all wanting.

1. Aversion to the present moment, and discomfort in it, was the cause of procrastination, poor thinking, and suffering.

2. Procrastination etc was about emotion and short term mood repair. Now free from the mire of thoughts, feelings and moods (due to not identifying?), no need.
3. When you get to competence, which with persistence you will, you get all the time you spend procrastinating and cowering freed up. So you CAN get a job without giving up your life because you'll have the spare time for it.
4. You're stuck 'Do'-ing house keeping level until you face up to the future. Test it to experience: Vis the future to Pull you forward. (w/o attachment, expectation, emotion.)

The most important thing to check and reset is to
be calm. All the time.
6. telling the wrong story, catch the lie.
Pricipal of Causality - means any kind of suffering or grimacing or tension, you're creating it and you can just stop.
7. not just DO-ABLE but CLEAR comes from 0STRESS. so Relax to lights-out-level. For thinking - the shower's magic is 'i am where i wanna stay'.
13. 'The energy is always there' when a tired kid sees a new attraction. i.e. tired is a perception.
8. Feel your face:
Check manually for tension so you can stop by 'Causality'. Otherwise works unnoticed.

9. Preempt and stop the emotional spinoffs from technical or practical questions. Now anything's easy, like reading recip paper.
(Plus, potentially your own life will give the fun of a tactical game.)

To answer the question 'What should I be doing?'
First check tasklist for time sensitive tasks.
Then look for a preload in the journal or the volatile notepad notes.
Get the context of tasks from the three Challenges above.
Orient yourself in the
pyramid, top down and back from the bottom.
Look at where the frontline is on the competence map.
And be conscious of doing the right thing, and caring.
